S & T CHAO Family Foundation is a private nonprofit organization registered under Section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code. The foundation was founded in Greater Chicago area in 2016. Our charitable missions are to:
- Issue financial aid to full time students with limited financial resources
- Award scholarships for academic excellence, leadership skills and outstanding athletic/artistic talent
- Promote world cultural exchange and build strong Asian American communities
- Encourage philanthropy awareness among Asian Americans
- Provide grants to affiliate organizations with similar charitable missions
